Many of the shoots that take place at our Light Locations feature furniture, homewares and lifestyle products. We love it when something a little different arrives, such as the recent fashion shoot at The Shed, in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
The Shed is one of our favourite Light Locations, and its quirky appeal and essence of glamour from a past era appealed to the stylists at Vintage inspired fashion brand Miss Patina.
Miss Patina exudes a style that is both eccentric and romantic. Founded by Holly Wang, who also styled the shoot, Holly’s clothes reflect her love of British culture, a sense of happiness and a beautiful state of mind. The Shed was a perfect backdrop for Holly’s wistful odes to bygone Britain. The crittall and wooden windows, stripped floor, antique styled furniture and props create an impeccable setting for a period piece.
The Shed is located in the garden at Nightingale Road – a converted 1930s house. Modern and fresh, the house is also a Light Location and one that marries contemporary flair with a nod to 60’s Britain. The result is two wonderful locations which complement each other with their vintage vibes.
