Light Locations is a well respected location agency based in Wiltshire providing a handpicked portfolio of inspiring photoshoot locations to the photographic industry. We manage a collection of properties in London and the surrounding counties and work with a variety of creative small businesses to well known brands finding them suitable locations for their photo shoots.
Our team is small and friendly and you would be working along side three other employees helping manage and coordinate the daily running of our busy office from our lovely premises in Lydeway, near Devizes.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* A confident, enthusiastic, hard working individual
* Excellent admin skills as the role is all admin based. Although this role is admin based the clients you will be dealing with are from a creative industry therefore it is important you are able to think creatively.
* A good multi tasker and super organised
* Be proficient with answering emails
* Must have a good telephone manner
* Good communication skills with the ability to lease with colleagues and clients alike
* Previous admin experience essential and knowledge of working on Macs would be idea.
OVERVIEW OF JOB
* Dealing with clients creative briefs by email and phone including location suggestions and quoting rates.
* Dealing with clients and property owners needs by email and phone
* Looking after the diary/bookings
* Completing/sending paperwork to clients and property owners
DETAILS OF JOB
The role would be covering a maternity position for 1 year with potential job opportunities at the end of the term.
