Hot Property: Anders House – September 2020

Suzi Davis Saturday 10th October 2020

As summer saw a welcome return in September, one of our Light Locations, welcomed a steady stream of keen clients. In fact, during the past month, people have positively gone mad for Anders House, the stunning Victorian House in Dulwich. With a jam-packed booking schedule, it topped the popularity list to become our hot property for September.

Anders House went live with Light Locations in July. Undeterred by the twists and turns of 2020, it has been in constant demand ever since. With its beautiful period features, gorgeous and expansive en suite bathroom and striking hallway, its charms are captivating. The alluring open plan kitchen and dining space is proving incredibly popular with stylists and photographers alike. Housing a glorious parquet floor and framed with elegant Crittall windows, the space is exquisite. Its appeal is amplified as light bounces endlessly around the apex ceilings and white tongue and groove walls.

It’s little wonder that Anders House has been such a resounding hit. Owned by interior design consultant Vanessa Leigh-Anders and her photographer husband Ben, the house was designed with shoots in mind. Renovated over more than two years and filled with an array of gorgeous interior materials, every space successfully appeals to the needs of stylists and shoot crews. Lucky photographers looking for a touch of something a little different might even be able to coax the resident 4-legged, big-eared model extraordinaire into a shot or two. Bob, the house rabbit, is always open to looking over a design brief.

We are only a short while into October and already Anders House is making a break for hot property two months in a row. Why not check back next month and see if it can retain the coveted crowd-pleasing crown.
