Hot Property: Mount Pleasant Road March 2020

Sophie Hitchens Monday 06th April 2020

Mount Pleasant Road in Kensal Rise was our hot property for March. This recently renovated location has been with us for many years and it’s unique and quirky style draws in a strong and steady stream of clients.

A combination of popular textured walls and ceilings set against distinctive flooring sit at the heart of this beautiful house. Combinations of long-established design favourites and contemporary experiments unite in successful fusion to create an exceptional photoshoot location with lots of potential for clients.

The huge renovated kitchen, living and dining space perfectly illustrate this triumph of style combination. Traditional tongue and groove walls play against metal doors. Quintessential Crittal windows drive up from contemporary concrete floors and down from panelled ceilings. The result is beautiful and full of creativity.

One recent example of how the unique backdrops offered at Mount Pleasant Road have been used to remarkable effect was a botanical bathroom shoot by Dobbies Garden Centres. The bathroom sees the tradition of white tiles and sash windows effectively combine with unusual bath panels to provide a stage set for a beautiful array of foliage. The stunning photographic results successfully capture the essence of a stress reducing, mood boosting home sanctuary.

Mount Pleasant is one of our favourite locations, so we were more than delighted that it took the spot for our most sought after property in March. 👏🏻
