From London houses to country homes, our selection of properties is both varied and striking, carefully curated to suit photoshoots, filming, events and content creation of all kinds.
Our roots are firmly planted in London, where our shoot location portfolio truly started. You can read more about how our story began here. We’ve since grown our collection of London shoot locations to include everything from timeless Victorian homes to contemporary apartments, with incredible properties available across all areas of the city. Today, Light Locations also represents a plethora of beautiful country house locations and commercial spaces throughout the British countryside, creating a full and varied portfolio ready for creative use.
Our natural understanding of the industry paired with a passion for show-stopping interiors means we can tailor our service to fit clients from anywhere in the UK, considering travel and access needs for all sizes of productions.
Each of our photoshoot locations has been hand-picked by our founder Sophie Hitchens using her incredible eye for detail and unmatched vision for what works in-camera. Our shoot locations have all been visited in person by our team to make sure they are well suited for camera crews, with enough versatility and visual interest for a successful shoot day.
With a variety of architectural styles and features to choose from, our library of locations features everything from period properties to studio spaces. You can search by location name of area on our Find a Location page, or browse our current collection categories below.

Light Locations are great to work with; professional and friendly, they consistently go above & beyond to make the location process as easy as possible. A fabulous selection of locations, I look forward to working with them again and continuing a great relationship!
I only recently registered with Light Locations, but the bookings for our house were almost immediate. I believe it makes a huge difference that Sophie personally comes to each property and the service so far has been second to none. Sophie and her team are super efficient and the fact that they're lovely people too is an absolute bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
We have worked with Light Locations over the past 6 years - the team are fantastic to work with, incredibly professional, helpful and always quick to respond to all enquiries. They have a broad range of super locations and always happy to send a selection over once briefed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for locations.
