Beautiful as they are, each and every home on the Light Locations roster can look so different on a shoot. These spaces transform through skilled hands and creative eyes, becoming new worlds with endless stories to tell. In 2025, we enjoyed seeing a variety of gorgeous scenes that our clients created, showcasing the versatility of each location as well as the astounding vision and teamwork of everyone involved.

Using a careful balance of pattern, colour and composition, the images from David Hunt Lighting are simply stunning. Homely set ups created by stylist Sally Denning are captured with soft golden glows by photographer Carolyn Barber, perfectly framing each lighting piece as a carefully designed accessory as well as a functional item.
Upton House shines here, its tall ceilings and period details bringing a classic elegance to the image set. The variety of colours used throughout the images shows how much potential lies in this shoot space, and with the addition of cleverly placed wallpapers, the house feels lively and fresh.

Moody and almost glowing with dappled light, the images from Ian Mankin bring a look of nature-inspired luxury. Styled by Sally Denning and photographed by Mark Scott, the images are filled with earthy tones and premium textures that sit beautifully against the softly textured walls of The Gatehouse.
The signature archway of this location adds a wonderful structural element to the images, subtly framing the bedroom shot. The tall ceilings and windows of the space add even further to the feeling of luxury, bringing a grand sense of scale as well as lovely light.

Sanderson’s collection of wallpapers and fabrics were beautifully captured by photographer Lucinda Price, with styling by Fi Cooper. This series brings glorious pattern and colour to many lovely corners of The Willows, showcasing the location’s incredible versatility.
A recent addition to the Light Locations roster, The Willows has already proved a popular choice for photoshoots due to its tasteful blend of modern and rustic interiors. Clean lines and crisp white walls meet happily with original wooden beams, giving the property a homely warmth whilst giving a distinct nod to country life.

Another wonderfully sunny image set is that of Sofas and Stuff, photographed by Emma Lee and styled by Sally Denning. Each scene feels rich and inviting, illustrating the artistry of the bespoke pieces whilst complementing them with abundant foliage and quirky accessories.
The vibrant Gaulden Manor was the perfect choice for this shoot, offering rooms in a plethora of hues to help highlight the key tones of each hero fabric. The classic features of this home also help to place a focus on the past, a celebration of history and heritage in bold and vivid colour.

Not only did Gillian Stevens design these sustainable, vintage-inspired clothing pieces, but she also shot and styled her own shoot to truly capture the essence of her winter collection. Her narrative style feels relaxed and candid, focusing on gentle everyday movement to show the longevity woven into each of her garments.
Spring Cottage brings a lovely softness to this story, with warm-toned interiors filled with timeless props and furnishings. Beautiful inside and out, this property also holds a lovely garden complete with a greenhouse that serves as a wonderful space to shoot winterwear. There’s an intimate feel to the images, with diffused light and a lived-in feel that brings warmth and trust.
From fashion to interiors, it’s always a delight to share the images that come from so much hard work and forward planning. As 2026 unfolds before us, it’s exciting to imagine the possibilities ahead and the creativity that will spark before the year is out.
