The Top 5 Locations of 2025

Written by Tabitha Paradise Monday 22nd December 2025

From elegant country houses to modern London homes, each of the properties on our roster have hosted wonderful clients throughout 2025. As December winds down to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the select handful that have sparkled above and beyond the others with constant bookings and magical shoots. Without further ado, let’s take a dive into the top locations of the year…

Number 5: The Gatehouse

Filled with stunning scale and stylish crittal windows, The Gatehouse is an ever-popular location that held the top spot back in 2023. Its interiors have been shot by brands such as Soho Home, Cox & Cox and Romo, usually with a focus on the beautiful grand archway that opens out the dining area. It’s a dramatic space filled with natural light and lightly textured walls, leading through seamlessly into a living area with a similar look.

Throughout the rest of the property there are even more textures; rustic wooden beams, painted exposed brick and polished concrete floors. The open-plan nature of the space makes it easy to shoot furniture and other large products whilst maintaining enough space for the crew to maneuver, and a calm palette makes for a versatile location with plenty of shooting options.

Number 4: Cotswold Barn

Not far from Malmesbury lies Cotswold Barn, a stunning renovation with heaps of space both inside and out. It’s another property that is often busy with shoots from clients like Prestigious Textiles and OKA, though this is its first appearance in the Top 5 for a number of years. This house brings a wonderful ease of access to clients, with plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and a sense of privacy due to its tucked away location.

The grounds of this property are certainly its greatest strength, with beautifully manicured gardens, multiple scenic patio areas and an outdoor pool complete with poolhouse. It’s ideal for outdoor furniture and a beautiful sight in summer, perfectly encapsulating the British countryside.

Number 3: Clay House

Ranking the same as last year, Clay House is a confidently gorgeous Victorian property swathed in serene neutrals. It’s been in demand for many years due to its incredibly professional and efficient set up, offering a smooth shoot day to clients like Pringle of Scotland, Pooky Lighting and George Smith Designs.

Despite its clean lines and minimalist style, Clay House retains an earthy warmth with its subtle textures and natural materials. Organic shapes feature in every room, accented by woven accessories and fresh foliage, whilst natural light pours in through the windows.

Number 2: Eagle House

A unique Georgian home in Bath, Eagle House has been favoured by brands such as Neptune, Hillary’s and Graham & Green. It has gone up the ranks this year having moved up from 4th place last year, although it always seems a popular choice in part thanks to its incredibly hospitable owner.

This property has many lovely areas to shoot in filled with period features however it’s the plaster living room that shines the brightest. Its delicately worn plaster in sky blue brings a painterly element to set ups that just works, with beautifully tall ceilings and floods of natural light to tie it all together.

Number 1: Upton House

Stunning open plan living space full of period features and fireplace

Since joining us in December 2023, Upton House has been a firm favourite winning the top spot both last year and this year. It has welcomed clients such as Garden Trading, OKA and The Cotswold Company through its doors, with the owner working the shoots around her job and four children.

The spacious rooms and soft colour palette of the walls make Upton House incredibly versatile, with thoughtfully preserved period features creating a sense of scale and detail. As well as a multitude of tasteful interiors, the property also holds lovely gardens and an outdoor pool, making it a location filled with potential at every turn.

How joyous it is to end the year on a high, looking back at the year’s success and remembering the locations that have been at the heart of it. Every home on our roster has had its own moments of light and creativity this year, forming our treasured collection that we look forward to sharing again in 2026.
