Back in the Autumn, at the end of an incredibly successful first year with Light Locations, the gorgeous Elms hosted an equally gorgeous fashion photo shoot. This time, the sustainably chic and responsibly modern brand PLÜMO chose The Elms to shoot their latest women’s arrivals.
We love PLÜMO, and I, in particular, are a real fan, owning a personal collection of their gorgeous garments which has steadily grown over the years. Let’s take a look at what makes them so special.
Founded in 1998, London-based brand PLÜMO offers classic staples and building blocks for women’s wardrobes. Working with artisans, textile mills and knitwear companies across Europe, they’ve made a name for themselves by selling products with a distinctive quality of both design and craftsmanship. They also recently added PLÜMO Studio to their portfolio, their own brand of nature-inspired collections made using natural materials. This exciting new string to their bow stands out for consciously crafted items, locally made in London and designed with longevity in mind.
PLÜMO have worked with Light Locations since we first opened our doors to the location industry. Owned by the lovely Ester Roth, this established and acclaimed brand has undertaken countless fabulous photo projects at many of our shoot spaces.
PLÜMO chose The Elms to showcase their latest designs for summer linens, textured blouses and relaxed oversized sweaters. Utilising the curved concrete staircase and open plan living space, together with the laid-back garden, PLÜMO used the Elms to great effect.
